Customized Bookkeeping Services
All of Carolyn Pendergrass’ bookkeeping services are tailored to fit each job. She works with individuals, retails stores, churches, farmers, repair companies, and more. Each client receives services customized to their bookkeeping needs.
Certified Signing Agent
A Notary Public is considered an official witness for the signing of documents. Their presence, along with a stamp and signature, acknowledges that whatever is being signed is of the signers’ own free will. She also verifies the identities of the signers.
As a Notary Public, Carolyn Pendergrass also verifies that all of the pertinent information is completed before adding her official seal to documents. Her signature identifies the documents as binding agreements between parties.
Legal or bank papers are often required to be witnessed by a certified Notary Public.

Signing Agent
Another aspect of being a Notary Public is the ability to become a certified Signing Agent. With this certification, the agent can interpret mortgage documents and provide explanations to the signers if necessary, as allowed by law.
